What are the products you deliver?

We deliver all quality groceries and other home essentials.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value and you can place items of any value.

What are your delivery timings?

Farmersonline.co is happy to deliver products on a quick service basis. Orders will be delivered to valued customers on “FIrst Come First Serv” basis. However we strive to deliver products on same day if they are placed before 12 noon of that day subject to conditions.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in the app under my order section.

Can I order products to a different location?

Yes. You can order for your relatives, friends, near and dears from your location and products will be delivered to your ordered destination.

Can I schedule my order?

Yes, you can prefix your product delivery schedule and products will be delivered accordingly.

How can I cancel my order?

Prior to dispatch you can cancel your order in the app itself under my order section.

What if I want to return something?

If you are not happy or satisfied of the products you can return the same at the time of delivery and we will not ask any questions.

How can I be sure that I get quality products?

We have a quality check process in place to ensure quality and hygiene of the products we deliver. We focus quality of our products are good and up to the mark as per food safety guidelines.

How can I make payment?

WBIE owner of farmersonline.co accepts multiple modes of payments. You can make payments through online, using credit and debit cards, GooglePay, PhonePe, PayTM, or Cash on Delivery.

Do you charge for delivery?

We do not charge anything for delivery in the given Cities. It’s absolutely free subject to acceptance of your order by farmersonline.co

Do you charge any amount or taxes in addition to the amounts mentioned in the app?

No, we don’t charge anything more than what is mentioned in the app.

How can I cancel my order?

Prior to dispatch you can cancel your order in the app itself under my order section.

How much time it takes for refund of my money if I cancelled my order?

If you cancel your order after making the payments, your money will be refunded within 7 working days.

Is it secure to use my credit or debit card for purchases?

Yes, it is absolutely safe. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway and it is the most trusted gateway in India.
