Terms and Conditions

Products purchased from our website can be returned for a refund within THREE days of invoice provided or product delivered on following terms and conditions

1. The product has not been used and has not been altered in any manner(applicable for other brand products also)
2. The product is intact and in saleable condition
3. The product is accompanied by soft copy or hard copy of invoice of White Bird Imports and Exports, in short herein after called as WBIE
4. Fresh foods like dairy items, biscuits, confectionaries, vegetables, fruits and flowers of perishable nature are not eligible for refund or return after delivery
5. Products only can be refunded or exchanged with same product. No exchange of products are allowed
6. In the event of any quality related complaints about WB Farmer`s products, customer can contact our customer care number @ 7272878776 or alternatively email to helpdesk @farmersonline.co
7. For complaints on other branded products customers can directly approach the manufacturer of the product company whose name and address is mentioned on the package delivered
8. WBIE will not accept any liabilities/responsibilities or obligations about the quality of other brand products supplied
9. WBIE will refund customers through the same payment mode that was used to purchase the product online
10. In the event of any dispute in this regard/the same shall be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction at HYDERABAD only
11. WBIE reserve the right to alter or modify any of or anyone of the terms and conditions of this policy without assigning any reason or providing intimation whatsoever
12. WBIE`s decision on the above would be final and customer shall abide by the same unconditionally
